Giuliani's Speech
I was just re-reading Rudy's speech and this line hit me as being one of the most profound, far-reaching and True statment ever made:
While we will certainly never see a world where everyone has both...we sure as hell need strive for exactly that. In the past three years we've seen two countries sent on exactly that path. Granting Freedom and Hope to the oppressed has always been America's legacy, and it will be President Bush's legacy as well.

When it catches hold there is nothing more powerful than freedom. Give it some hope, and it will overwhelm dictators, and even defeat terrorists.Freedom + Hope. That is the endgame.
